This paper is giving the information about the IT outsourcing in accordance with the usage of Information Systems plans and Information Technology strategies. Information Technology (IT) outsourcing partnerships carry innate risk elements as evidenced by reported failures of such engagements in recent past. This paper also focusing functions from outside a firm’s boundaries, controls, risk levels, risk management techniques, process levels of the Information Communication and Technology (ICT). I. The basic functions of the Rainforest Hideway Tourist Accommodation are:

1. It has to provide the correct booking systems with the appropriate acknowledgments.
2. System should accept all kinds of booking system in database like email, phone and fax.
3. Database should be proper for rooms availability and accommodation of guests for billing and restuarent billings as well.
4. System should also provide the reports on various listings
5. System should issue the confirmation of bookings, calculation of all fees perfectly.
6. System should support processing of payments in various modes and also issuing of receipt.
7. System should also support the future listings and future accommodation bookings for a particular period of time.

II. What information do you need to find out about the business processes to develop a detailed understanding of the required system?
As a system analyst I prefer the system should support the database actions along with the web based applications to process the online transactions. But before that the present situation need to be understand clearly with all the provided information and we need to know more about the available rooms in the RHTAS (Rainforest Hideway Tourist Accommodation) and the prices for the couple rooms, eftpos charges and trading hours of the restaurant.
